High-end residential community, District One Residences nestles between the lagoons in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai.
In Liaison with the Villa Number 9 design team, Zoluti delivered contemporary furniture for selected lobbies throughout District One Residences. To accommodate the lobbies varying in size, design, and layout Zoluti provide a bespoke furniture solution made in Dubai. Contract grade materials / finishes were used for all furniture, fit for high traffic areas and also developed a custom RAL colour mix for the powder coated steel lounge chair legs.
